Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and food products, we maintain strict guidelines to protect customer safety and hygiene while handling order concerns fairly.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
Returns Policy
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product received is defective.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Product is missing from the order.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds Process
After verification and approval of the claim:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refund details may be requested from the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging
- Orders where the return request is made after the specified timeframe
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, My Formula Nutrition may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
